Benjamin Baker, CEO

Ben is a Professional Recruiter with over 15 years of experience in the industry.  Before leading Pacific American Recruiting, he was involved in staffing and recruiting for various skill sets including Accounting, Finance, Administrative, Clerical, and IT positions.  He graduated from Arizona State University in 2002, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing.  He has worked in the Arizona, California, and Nevada major metro markets, with expansion into Colorado, Oregon, Texas, and Washington in 2016.  We pride ourselves in identifying the best candidates for any given role, and making customer satisfaction the ultimate priority in the recruiting process.
